so i traded my old rm85 for a MINT 2005 crf50... its been ridin like crazy since i bought it, i will be starting to build it up now... just started tonight with a BBR tall bar kit, after that comes a pipe, 88cc big bore, and suspension, if i have this much fun on it now, i cant even think about when its "done"

I love these things..........there's a HUGE community of "adults" here that ride around Springfield. The kids and I have a half dozen of them between us, one being a HEAVILY modified 125cc manual setup.......pretty nasty.

Great looking CRF ya got there

I'm going to stay with the two brothers racing 88cc superpro bore kit and MAY get their 106 stroker crank, but that will be summer time... Two brothers M6 big bore exhaust, racetech suspension, and I'm sure I will need a new clutch by then... If you ever do a part out let me know!

Ya Bobby those dohc kits are intense... I'm not putting that much money into it though, the majority will be put into my drz110, it has new exhaust filter and brand new race tech remote resivoir shock and longer damping rods/ HD springs in the forks, upgrades will come:)

Dude they are so much fun, I've riden everything from these to 450f profesional AMA race bikes, and I still prefer these, you won't understand until you ride one like you stole it!

i don't know though, i have never had so much fun as when i was riding vince's 250f, the 450 seemed... too easy, the 250 was a blast though

regardless the "pit" bikes are hella fun, when we would go to loretta lynn's race they were truly "pit bikes" everyone either had a pw50 or xr50 lol, now it's a little bit of modifying the crap out of them, which is still cool, but damn that was some fun stuff out there!

Dude it gets intense in the pits at Loretta's... I like when it rains and the pits are a swamp and you go sloppin around, then hit up the creek, and I agree, the 250f was the better of the two, a bit more stable and predictable...
